Can hackshield/Blackcypher detect hacks?

You'd think everyone who had any trace of hacking would've been banned if this was the case. Is it possible? Or do GM's/Player's still have to find evidence? My recent account was banned, and I usually don't use obvious hacks. Just chams at the time :L But considering they were free hacks, I wouldn't be surprised.
