try disabling ur antivirus, mine (avast) is blocking the download

i just used it and it deranked me to lvl 1 and it wouldnt let me join any servers it keeps saying disconnected from server and i tried to restart the game and it said
infinity ward has reset you to lvl 1.... -_- wtf what did i do wrong? i dont have pb downloaded at all is that why? should i redownload the game or something
