Bug ban Please help, my last chance

I have a serious problem.
When I enter a computer says I'm banned, but if I come in Combat arms in another computer, it works as it should be.
And the site says I'm active.
What's happening?

Its your ca folder delete every file from combat arms and reinstall it.
It happens if you get banned on another acc

they have banned your IP? Or some hardware ban probably?
