    Lagging problems?

    Anyone else just lagging really bad during your games of QR or etc?
    I'm trying to benchmark with Fraps and i'm getting as low as 18 frames sometimes.... and I know for a fact it's not my computer, as I'm running AlterIWNet on highest settings and I get ~no lag.

    I don't usually lag because I have a good PC but sometimes I start to lag really bad. So I just restart my PC and everything is fine again.
