I have to scope in all the time to kill someone. It's kinda annoying.

The + crosshair thingy majibar isn't there anymore.

Someone probably put a mod that set the crosshair opacity to 0 or something. Just delete your config_mp.cfg file (in the players folder) and it will reset the controls/graphic settings. All your saved data/stats will remain there.
