Hey you guys I need to make a "hack loader" for a project on a website at school but obviously it wont have hacks but its going to have like chat and stuff ! But i really dont know how to start this all my teacher said it is due next week ! and he said if you can do this then you can pass this class... i highly doubt that because idk what software to even use XD

Please Help ! posting a video would be easier for me
