Thing is that i believe one of those is wrong, you only need to put 'msvcr100.dll' into your sys32 folder.

The others are fine in your CA Folder

If you are talking about your trying to Open a .dll ; Your not supposed to Open the .dll files , Your meant to Put them into your System32 and Combat Arms folder .
