its pretty easy, climb up the crane, dont get on the very top beam...instead stay on the control booth, walk toward the front of the crane, looking down, try to land on the gray part and just walk around

Glitch is hopeless, i found a glitch where you can go in the crane, Climb the ladder and then go to your left, sprint into corner box near the ground of the crane, takes a few times then you are in the box, and then jump down in the middle of the crane pipe and then your in the pipe of the second layer,. best spot if your on other team.
