I Tv'ed with you last week, I'm pretty sure I stated that a lot of people are having ups and downs on FPS nowadays, so we really can't do anything. It especially happens in US servers so like I'm saying again, you can't do anything about it.

CF China - Is an obvious one.
CF NA - Normal right now in US Servers. From the computer specs I saw when I TV'ed you, there is no valid reason why you should be freezing. Run gamebooster or some sort of cleaner software.
