i need "Sept Update: About GAME CHANGES " patch file.

can u update the Config folder in avaGame\Config? after the Sept Update: About GAME CHANGES because the update change these file in this folder and i copy the orgine folder and it don't work.
i missing this folder and i can play
in this folder there are:

AVAInput.inix
AVANet.inix
AVAOptionSettings
