AVA crashing a lot lately

It crashes when I'm shooting my gun then a get a buzz sound, sometimes no sound at all and then it's frozen. Nothing I do works to get out of the game and I end up having to restart my pc. Anyone know why or how to fix? ty. BTW I'm not using any hacks with it.

yeah no repair thing. it sometimes does the disconnect thing too and my internet is always on. could macroing my mouse cause any of this problems? idk if thats considered a hack and making the game unstable but it came with my razor naga so its not changing the game, anyone could click fast i'm just lazy n my mouse does it.
