This anime........looks so awful.

I mean the raw animation quality is awful, even worse than the originals starting episodes.....


I enjoy old animation styles like Akira, yuyu, and HxH, but when they re-do the entire series, im not askin for movie quality, but gimme something that at least tops Fairy tale/one piece (we make a thousand episodes) type animation, other wise whats the point?

For those who are wondering, skip about the first 5-10 episodes in 2011 series. Nothing important till the fights and killua(white haired "assasin" kid) doesn't show up anyway. Even then nothing super interesting till the ants arrive.

Do not want. HxH was fine as it was. Why a reboot? Would've preferred the creator to continue where the story was left off and keep the same animation/art scheme.

Well after the spiders arc, the whole video game arc was "ova" meaning the original team didn't work on it

Which is why the animation was so bright and shonen-like instead of YuYu-dark type.

I mean if you look at the spider arc, thats some badass animation. But looking at this new reboot......its already looking bleak. I mean its really quite questionable how "4kids" they might end up making this show though, which is why im really hoping they don't take the one fairy tail route here.

Checked out previews of it and couldn't agree more.
Episode 1 itself.
1) Voice Actors suck massive cock.
2) They skipped shit.
3) Lord of the Lake...Y U NO RED
4) Bright As Fuck
5) Opening sucks massive cock.
6) Kurapica and Leorio are drawn terribly.
7) Gon's voice is annoying as fuck.
8) Fuck Kurapica's voice.
9) Leorio's voice doesn't even fit. /imad

11) Hisoka's voice sucks massive cock as well.
12) Rather than gliding like a mother fucking boss,Satotsu runs/walks like he's retarded.

I'd give the old show an 8 if you can make it past the first few episodes. I give the new show a......4-5.
