    I idnt notice anything diffrent when is this supposed to take effect.
    also there is no jack hammer in shop altohugh they advertise for preview sale.

    The next patch is coming in 2 or 3 weeks and the jack hammer is not in the new part of the shop but it is in the SG part of the shop I saw it last night.
