You would have to find a tool, which will allow you to inject the file to the game process.
(Google for Injectors or visit a section like: Corssfire Injectors & **)

Then you just select the .dll file, and then you select the process. (The game) and press inject

Keybinds ?
There isn't any.
Just exec DVARs using the console or save them in the CFG file and execute it.
