Could someone please define "+1ing" for me? I posted in general, signed on a little while later, to find myself banned. Is this akin to spamming? Because it was a 1day duration, but I don't recall spamming, or breaking any rules for that matter.

spamming can be refereed to +1'ing because you're posting just to +1 your post count (1 more post via spamming)

That's a bit ambiguous. I post to increase my post count, but most of my posts are relative to the topic.

Normally I would understand how this would apply to me. But I didn't even post that much today. And as far as I know, all posts remained on topic, and were not indicated to be otherwise. By mod or member.
