man....im not much better(the price isnt even comparative lol) but still that made me feel a little better about myself...but half the reason that he cant get better internet is because companies that purposely outstretch there connection(hes probably living in a underpopulated place like me) but that gives the companies a crappy excuse for the shitty service...lol i feel for your guy but the only solution is to move.
