simple try right clicking it then pressing extract here
~ some windows systems already have a application to extract it with but if it does not then simple download winrar and right click extract here right click on it then run as admin

if it does not work then try download it again and doing it again :P

sounds like you dont even have winrar. go to WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files to download winrar. once you download the hack it should automatically show as a winrar file. after that just open up your hack and place the files into your combar arms folder (usually //c:nexon/combat arms) and follow the instructions in the downloads txt file. hope that helps

you go to the page that you are trying to get the hacks from and go to like where you see zip or rar and click on zip or rar then you extract it by (right) clicking on the file when it already downloaded and putting it into your combat arms folder or copy and paste it in there then run it if you see mpgh public hack at the bottom of the screen when your about to login restart
