plz help!!!

yo... i know im a choob but plz help, k so i have vista but everytime i try to open CA with hack it goes to a windows and says "combat arms not working... looking for soluations" then just shuts down CA, but when i take hacks off the cA folder it works again.

and when i rename the hacks it doesnt work theres no white letters in the corners but when i put #####.asi CA doesnt open
