Macro help.

i've been trying some macros recently. i was using a program called auto click 2.1. its ok but it doesn't seem like it is doing the job very well or even at all( i am yet to understand how it works even though it looks so simple). when i tried to download some other macro programs posted on the forums here i get these issues with opening them up after extracting them. something with downloading .netframwork.

i have a death adder with the driver but the macros on their seem so slow. if someone can give me a walkthrough with death adder macros that would be extremely helpful as well.
