Better than first one. First version because that pentooling blows. The soft brushes don't look good and the background is boring.
Would turn out good if you spammed a little more of those and added a few decent effects to blend in...

And yet, you can't go straight into dyst type work. You have to build into that, and this is not how you do it. You learn by doing other things, expand your mind, learn other components, etc. etc. Don't just try to build straight into it.
