    I have a cheat engine, to play cs source, will I know if I can be banned,

    Nope, it doesn`t inject anything, cheat engine just changes values.

    sv_cheats 1 and r_drawothermodels 55667700

    "sv_cheats 1" can not lead to a ban??

    You cant use sv_cheats 1 on other servers.

    Depends if the cheat engine was running in ring0 and what you did exactly.

    Changing sv_cheats from 0 to 1 can lead to a ban.
