I like your colour theme and placement, but I think your lighting is a touch off. It's a bit too dark to make out what the render/focal is. Other than that, I think the composition is a bit bland, but overall it's quite nice.

The focal is splintercell lookn forward, so your seing his back and the back of his head with the nightvision goggles on.
and knowing splinter cell i thought green was a pretty nice color to go with the darkness (:

I like how it made it shine a lil bit, but maybe its just me..
i tried to make it simple and intresting to look at it, and tried makn the c4d go around him to his back.
alot of erasing on this one :P

Only thing I don't really like is the weird lighting on his right arm.
It's a bit over done, if anything the light should be green.
Your compo has gotten better in this one though

Get rid of the speckles, they don't look good when they get sharpened plus they're very distracting. Get rid of them specks and this would be a good style for you to pursue. Also Gaussian on lighten does look good at times (look at TiK, danilo, pochyy for example), but once it gets sharpened it loses a lot of quality and you get some very jagged edges. So try and go without it if you need to sharpen your focal or at least reduce it opacity.
