need help for modifying "AVA Macro v1.1 "

the AVA Macro v1.1 is one of the best macros i've ever used..

so i would like to fine tune it to my better taste..

letting all the options as they are, i would like to add one more thing..

i would like to make this macro start always with Lctrl... can this be done?

so it'll be like if i clik for 2 secs.. Lctrl+click+click+click+click+click and when released Lctrl is released too..

dunno if im making any sense but...

    here i go again,

crouch+fire (but it needs to be crouch all the way while clicking...)

any helps? can it be done?

any comments will be helpful.. thx in advance
