    not everyone has the norecoil of an address.

    the address of a single one norecoil was found by one Brazilian, all Brazilians never give credits to him, and welington or alessandro is not the brazilian.

    Actually Recoil Address 3 and 4 are right after the other, so there is no reason to have 5 recoil addresses when it's clear 4 address's will cover all 5.
