Photography question
So..i want to ask how to take pics like this:

Ali, could be the time of day the photographer shot at..
also it almost looks like a storm is rolling in..so that would deplete some light from the grass?
Not entirely sure though, I just started shooting myself.

well.. yeah, that could be the reason..
But there are many photos, which were take at different times and they still turned out great, so that the landscape and the sky remain visible..

i might start reading photography books at library maybe. Im going on a big holiday soon. Want to take good pics of landscapes/people and SNOW. (i live in australia, never seen slow)
Whats a good camera to start out with? i have 250 dollars. I can easily get more off begging.
