Combat Arms stuck

When i start combat arms normally everything is ok but right wen i pick a server or try to join my friends room it gets stuck on the loading page{waiting... or switching servers...} i wait it out 4-5mins still nothing so i try directly from nexon>combat arms folder still nothing.
I try with hacks and i can join the room but then i crash or when the game is finish it doesnt let me ready up go to lobby or shops or even exit.
I reinstalled but still the same thing.

i am having the same problem right now!!!

Windows Vista-32 bit, sp2 i tried re installing the combat arms. but still it freezes when i connect to servers. it says, "Connecting to server. please wait..." but nothing happens and at the end it crashes the game. NIXON FAILED SO BAD!!! after 24 hours of maintenance ahhaahah

OK i tried this since nexon couldnt fix it

I turned firewall off-didnt work
tried from website-didnt work
combat arms direct-didnt work
av off-didnt work
game booster defrag-didnt work
advanced system care 4-didnt work
reinstall-didnt work
taskmanager-explorer.exe off
google chrome added to firewall-kinda worked but crashed and now back to not working
tested my connection at https://pingtest.net/-says my connection was great
Combat arms settings-mid quality-didnt work

If there is anything more i can do other then get a new computer shoot me some comments

p.s i got opendns updater also google chrome had an update but idk
