I think you should give all choobs chance at any staff positions . No but formal you should let us use any acc to apply for staff positions if we have a acc that meets all the requirements... for an example...

You can apply all you want. It doesn't mean you'll get a position. You need to build a reputation in the section you want to staff for before you think you'll get a staff position.
