Good Programming Language For Game Hacks

Hey I have been using your public hacks for a while, and I was thinking of making hacks games. Specifically Combat Arms.
Can anyone suggest a good programming language to make hacks in?
Also I have already learned a lot of C++ so if C++ works to make hacks then please let me know.
And one more question, if I made an aimbot for Combat Arms, could I release it publicly or would it have to be VIP, because there is an aimbot in the VIP hacks.

Yea, all hacks are coded in C++ because of the DLL
