I have never used the replay system because i use fraps, but i guess the replays would get saved at C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\replays or something

What is the problem exactly ?
You can view all your replays by saving a replay first .
Than go to Storage and press Replay .

All games are recorded automatically, but when a game ends, you can either choose to save that replay or continue. When pressing OK to continue your gameplay doesn't save. If you want to check out your replays, go to your storage and you'll see a button that says replays, go on that and choose whichever you want.

If you want to save the game, wait until it ended. After that you can press on "OK" or "Save"
Press on Save and the file will be saved in
C://Users/Yourname/Documents/Crossfire/Replays
If you want to watch your saved replay, go to Storage and press on "Replay"
Choose your file and press on play. You can also select how fast or slow to play the video or how to pause
