MW3 Textures

Does anyone know if the textures will be able to be edited like they could be in Modern Warfare 2 to reduce tree density and/or smoke?

As MW3 uses the same engine as MW2, only upgraded, the texture mods will soon enough be pouring in as all you need to do is take a good MW2 texture hack and change afew offsets.

Remember Theater mode is now active on almost ALL servers so people can just take one look at your past games and if youve slipped up once, they'll know youre up to something funny!

as much as i would love to mod this game, i dont think i will take it as far as i did on MW2, maybe make the enemy players light up gold or some other insanely bright colour and thats about it.

To reduce the grapics/foliage you can turn it off via RivaTuner..
Lots of stuff you can do with it and make the maps look like CS 1.6 :3

You do not however use any offsets for texture mods..

And you should care why? They wont see your texture mods nor your wallhack.. If you are going to blatantly wallhack then you shouldn't cry about others finding out that you cheat..

theater mode is server-side i think, at least it wont view ur texture hack. as far as i know.
