Will these components allow me to run skyrim on 'ultra' with no lag AT ALL? (~70 FPS+)

I suggest getting this RAM instead. Not a substantial increase in price, and you get better speed (1600mhz)

You definitely want more ram. I run Skyrim on ultra with my 470 with zero lag.

If you don't mind investing a lot of money into memory, consider getting this set. This set has much better CAS timings.

well i only have 4 RAM slots, and max is 16 GB either way, i think (for win7 home edition)

also iversion, you suggest me getting 16GB RAM with said GFX card and CPU?

you can't go wrong with 16gb ram

If you have 32bit edition you can't go over 4gb no matter how many slots you have. Software limiters.
