I like the right side but the left side where it says cloud is way too blurred.

double the layer 3 times,(text layer),
first one, nothing, 75% opacity.
second one, 3 pixels to the left, 50% opacity,
third one, 6 pixels to the left, 25% opacity,
no blur at all.
