That "new" update is just a rollback to 1.2.359.

Try my weapon hack, and say it works
Press button and play some rounds with a weapon... please confirm it works

Not working for me.Drops me back to lvl29.

Tip: If you are trying the hack but drops you back to lvl29 just don't close the mw3 client before you kill the steam process in task manager.If you are doing this your decrased level will not be saved.
