Could you guess what settings that build with the 6850 with a 19" monitor it would run skyrim at?

With ultra + all the AA around 60 fps (just went through some benchmarks), if you ditched some fx that don't really affect the quality etc. you could easily do 80+. 30 fps should be playable, 60 fps is something like optimal

Same class, a bit better. Just like the 6950 / 6970. But both the 6850 and 6950 can be partially unlocked to the 6870 and 6970 respectively, making it pointless to pay the price difference for a minimal performance gain.
