Texture Pack
This is out official server texture pack made specifically for this server. If you do not use this then you will see random blocks of wool and other things will look out of place so I do recommend using it. All Credits for the texturepack goes to Game_Geek for making this whole texturepack just for our server. To use the texturepack click here!

For a better experience we have a vast range of plugins available, some are Admin only plugins which you don't need to worry about. Others are for you to help protect and improve your experience while on the server. VIP members will get extra access to some of the commands which is explained further into the post.

SpoutCraft

The optional Client Mod!

Spoutcraft, formerly BukkitContrib SP, connects the server and client which makes most of the Spout features possible. Some things such as inventory monitoring and the server speed improvements only require the Spout server plugin. Any player can connect to a Spout enabled server; they will just miss out on the features it has to offer. Spoutcraft is optional, but using it unlocks the real features behind the Spout plugin.

General rules
-No griefing at ALL, except RP related grief
-Respect the staff, if you have a complaint or suggestion, please report it on our website
- No 1x1 towers or bridges to break into bases
-No griefing faction bases or towns
-No looting faction bases
-Chests in the wastes may be looted but not griefed into
-No subfactions or anything that can be considered a subfaction
-If a subfaction is formed, the base of the subfaction will be destroyed and the leader will be banned for a long period of time while other members will get a penalty of 3 days
-No starting unofficial towns, (See town rules for details)

Roleplay Rules
-Skin must be fallout related
-Please follow the New Life Rule, (Ie: if killed by someone, you must forget you were ever killed you when sent back to spawn)
-No power gaming, (IE: breaking chains with your strength or automatically killing someone)
-You cannot RP kill someone unless they agree to it, and if killed, you must change your character entirely and start anew.
-No metagaming, (IE: using RP info someone tells you over OOC, like sharing coords over global. And you must be in the vacinity and see the people talking in local to overhear them)
-When in OOC, use (()) in local or use global to talk. Only RP in local chat or radio
-The only people who can enslave for no reason is legion. No questions asked.
-Other factions may enslave other factions but only during war time, (Legion can enslave whenever they want).

Faction rules
-Factions may claim certain towns for faction related territory
-Factions may not exceed the member cap given, or the leader will receive a temp ban
-Faction leaders must ask help from and admin or mod before modifying or expanding their base
-If a member leaves a faction, they must wait 3 IRL days before they may join a new faction
-When one leaves a faction, they should not loot whatever they can and steal it when they leave, they must have permission from a faction leader before taking anything before they leave
-No joining a faction for malicious intent!
-Factions may have outposts but they should not be claimed and they are able to be griefed if found
-Please put a diamond in your app indicating you have read ALL the rules

Our server is based off the game, Fallout New Vegas. However, we are based in Seattle, Washington and are 10 years in the future. If you are unfamiliar with the fallout universe, you may want to read the timeline below. However, if you are familiar with fallout lore, skip down to the year 2276 and from then on carries on our server lore.

Don't know what faction to join? Here are some descriptions of the current factions we have in our server!

The New California Republic
They're a disciplined prewar military based focused on occupying land and making a uniform government for all wastelanders. They try to maintain order by taxing citizens under their land and try to prevent raiders and the legion from causing chaos in the wastes. They strive to be the protectors who fight under the two headed bear.
Faction perk: Able to tax wastelanders

Caesar's Legion
The Caesar's Legion are a slaver group from the mideast. They are uninterested in tech and intoxicating substance. The Legion are a strong Roman based military that focus on gathering power from enslaving people and gaining resources from slave manual labor.
Faction perk: The ability to enslave people

The Brotherhood of the Steel
Though there are a few of them in numbers, the brotherhood are an underground group of people looking to exapnd as far as tech. They are not prominant as they once were in the wastes due to the conflicting groups such as the NCR and the legion pushing them down. However, that does not stop them from being an unstoppable force if needed.
Faction perk: Able to wear power armor, (Diamond armor).
Don't want to join a faction? You can be a wastelander, free to roam as you like but be careful out there!
