    BUYING COL+ ACC. PAYING IN NX

    Looking for a Col+ Account. doesnt not need perms, but is perfered. I am only going to be paying in NX, and my offer will be pending on the acc, perms, items, etc. Full info is needed. If i suspect any scam, i will not reply. I will be trying to get a hold of a mm if i feel it is needed.
