Anyone watch it? Watching it on Saturdays on adult swim. I Love it it just has some boring episodes some times but the characters are really nice.

So many of my friends have talked about it before.
Apparently the storyline is heaps good.

I sit watching adult swim most nights so its not like I haven't seen it and I'm just hating it for the sake of it. I just dislike the show from the episodes I've seen.

And if a show's storyline and art don't catch my eye in the dub on AS, I'm not gonna waste time finding the sub of it.

Its got a good story with good art.

I wouldn't watch any anime on AS, they come out waaaay too late and the dubs are half assed.

Ok a story of those which did watch it and is a member on a dollars-chat for a long time. Yeah yeah nerd much /care... get in line.

The story is quite good, except the fact that the artist where pretty lazy making blank characters that walk in the background or aren't important.The run's are 24episodes with 2 specials, 12.5 and 25.
25 really adds up allot to the story for those who didnt watch it. (god explaining stuff without spoilers and the air-time was 1,5 years ago/) but yeah


*SPOILER/STORY BASICLINES*
Headless rider, is a dullahan. A decapitated (black)horse-rider. Celty one of the main character's have had lost here head and got seperated and she;s like on a quest to find it back. (it's odd how she came from ireland to this place but ahwell). Celty ends up in ikebukuro(tokyou), there the story gets to be build up with the student named Mikado(nickname:Tarou Tanaka), he has moved from another town where he had a childhood friend named kida(nickname: Bakyura), he moved away earlier on the ago of 9 (orz) and both of them are attending the same school now. On the first day when mikado arrives at the trainstation (which he had used as transport) he meets up with kida. both of them going into the city, where mikado finds himself surrounded by the big metropolis(exaduration). there you quickly get to see the side characters:
walker, erika, saburo, Kyohei(dotachin) ... ehm yeah kinda semi-headcharacters izaya(black-hair)(nickname:kanra) (he useally fights with shizou(blond-hair) since they where kids) and the Yagiri family which are in the possesion of the head of celty(nickname: setton), anri(nickname:saika (later in the series)) a.k.a. The slasher, in the earlie moments of the serie it appears that someone else was the slasher(using a nickname:saika (first one) ) yet she had a mere copy of the sword (or something(vague memory). all of this was kinda wrapped up till episode 15.

-knows he misses the girl in the hospital( a girlfriend of kida, he didnt visit her since a accident orz.. when he was a yellowscarf member (fractions, yellowscarf/blue squares/and a online group named Dollars (here are the nicknames used) )/simon (a russian, working @ a sushi restaurant)/ ofc the members of the blue squares which later on invade the yellow scarfs./ and i dont forget shinra a doctor which is involved at almost all regions... kinda like a middleman.
**end spoiler or something i dont give a damn if it deflects slightly, go read a damn wiki page or something**

so basicly if you like a friendship related, semi bloody, (fangirl :: shizzy -yuoi based-), semi-love romance serie. here you have it. Don't weep about it's graphical looks, it's quite decent. and story is pretty good and solid (with some minor glitches that can be over seen since most of the stuff you get to see in the next episode).
