    Exclamation some one fucking my configs please help

    got a feeling some fag fuking my config settings of the games i play i was playing bf3 and i choose sniper and the soflam i place at ground the mouse delay was so slow i cant even moved it a other one i play is bf2 badcompany the c4's i trow dont even blow it just trowes a c4 other game i was playing this day apb just recored it can some one help me with this nosens assholes making me real mad wich file do i need to check for fixing? i dont no anything of hacking
