Call of duty mp crash?? when hosting

I'm having problem when I try to launch the mp mode

that's what i get plz help me i'm trying to play mp but i can't

It's opening Dedi mode? But verify both MW3 multiplayer and MW3 dedicated and see if theres missing files

nothing is missing or actually i don't know if there is missing files
but I still can play the single player mode and spec ops

You're trying to host a dedicated server right? It's probably not configurated correctly, did you follow a tutorial or pull the instructions out of your ass and randomly do it?

i followed a tutorial
if the sv_maxclients is 18 it says
Invalid server configuration - insufficient cpu performance 2.9654 ghz for 18 clients. Minimum 6.0000 ghz required.
i've changed the maxclients to 6 but it crashes

try 12 clients

if i change the maxclients to 8 it works but also crashes
and if i change it to 12 it says
