Combat Training on MW3

I think its a great idea from the public (US) for IW to add the Black Ops combat training (Bots) to MW3.
Not sure if they will though. I have a link where we all are signing a petition. Let me know if I can post in here.... I dont want to break any rules.
Anyway, in case IW doesnt develop, can we the community develop this?
I ask we but I mean you programmers. I am not one.
