It's so silly, they responded to my ticket within 2 days the first time I was banned, but this time it's been 2 months .

Any ideas for speeding up the process?

Think of it like this:

Nexon puts your help request on a piece of paper.

Nexon then proceeds to walk backwards 300 feet.

Nexon pulls out a shotgun.

Nexon sprays in the general direction of your paper.

If a pellet hits, then you got a response.

If multiple hit, then you got a response that's actually worth something.
