If you're the host on a normal MP match, you can open the console in a pre-game lobby and in-game, you can also open the console on dedicated servers, only problem is, these commands are not working for me, good luck you guys (:

How do i connect to a dedi server?

in the main menu there is the word "servers" open it and press "refresh".
if you dont have the word "servers" go into options >>>> Dedicated servers >>>>>>>> Enable dedicated server browser >>>> yes and make the option under it yes ( if you want )
