    Meh. I guess it's improving!

    @aeronyx
    Defragged computer, got some decent results, but back to square one.
    Loaded up perfectly, chose server, freezes at connecting to server please wait, nites' solution does not work for me.
    I thought to myself, maybe if I go to training mode it would help, well I got ingame, it was fairly laggy but I finished the training, and upon finished it closed out.

    Don't know what to do at this point, i've tried nearly everything I can think of, and Im desperate to play CA.

    @udp

    Try reinstalling your GFX card drivers.

    Also, try this: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/211-combat...-new-post.html

    Pass good, and it worked perfectly until they did the maintenance that got rid of of lot of hackers right after Halloween. Since then, I havent been able to play.

    @aeronyx
    I got ingame in golf-east! It was lagging super hard, and I kept receiving errors but the game did not close. After about 5 minutes of teleporting ingame, and receiving the errors, the lagg stopped and I was able to play for about two minutes. But then, it crashed.
    This is what I received in my Combat Arms folder when the game crashed.

    So, what is an access violation, a C0000005? This is the translated #GP code the fault handler raises, which the operating system displays as an 'Access Violation', whos numerical form is c thousand 5. Its the operating system telling you that a program has malfunctioned and tried to reference no mans land (somewhere that doesn't exist). It has nothing specific to do with any particular program, or a brand of software, this is straight from the CPU and kernel of the operating system.
    Try installing CA on a different hard drive/partition.

    And it was probably Fusion Part 3 that makes you crash.

    How much hard disk space do you have? Also, try increasing the size of your page file. I honestly have no clue if it will help, and it probably won't, but it can't hurt.
