Need Help With FPS.

Hello people, well I always wanted to record my Gameplay but I always lagg because of my FPS is too low, So anyone know how I can record in good quality with pretty much no lagg? Thank you

Request Solved it's Fraps that makes me lag, I found this new program which it doesn't make me lag at all.
