Not a direct decision from any one else, but I'm pretty sure the other minions will agree upon that it deserves a sticky.
It's like Philong's Hack Lexicon - like a dictionary of known hacks and their meanings. This is similar, or at least the exact same format as that. It explains what the error is, and where it comes from, how it's caused, the meaning of the error, etc. I could go on.
