You seem to like spraying, noobfarming and nx.

That's not true. I don't spray and when I got elite, I played lots of no nx rooms, but there was always someone who used nx. The NX equipment I used was the Valkyrie and the USP SE. The Valkyrie is exactly as good as the normal G36E. I had 3 permanent G36E's, the G36E Valkyrie, the normal G36E and the G36E LE. I used the Valkyrie because it looks a lot cooler than the normal. Everything else was for GP. The only thing that could be true was that I noobfarmed. Yes, I did noobfarm, but that's the only way to play without spec's and CQB users. When I got the Elite for perm, I played either with "No Spec No CQB" or "NO NX!". And guess what, most highranks who joined used either CQB or Spec when they weren't allowed. I used to play a lot of CW and that was just as easy as noobfarming. For a period, I played almost only SnD and you can see what I could do in the sixth episode of Under Cover Dudes Top CA plays of the week. I took the second place Atleast I got banned, and I'm glad for that. Finally I can take a rest from this shitty game with even worse community.

There is no papa server in Europe, at least not when I played. I don't know if they have the papa server now but it wasn't there when I was still active.
