nothing happens Ca just starts normally. Insert doesnt do anything.

Not anymore :P If insert only opens the menu, but doesn't close it, then somethings wrong.
Because you need to press escape to get the mouse to use the menu, I suggest trying to exit out of the Combat Arms menu, and then pressing insert.

Menu doesnt pop up for me after pressing insert...
Updated all the stuff and downloaded all that was needed...
I used PerX and Portal (both with admin rights)

Menu doesn't popup for me. I followed all the directions and used multiple injectors.
