Just in case you guys didn't figure it out yet. The MK14 has a Firecap. Altough with Rapid Fire it would get increased, it is still capped. Also if you use a Rapid Fire script, it might seem fast normally, but ingame have the click don't register. You need to get the delay JUST right for the MK14 to fire at full speed. I personally use about 5-10 delay.
