Isn't there Super Vindictus tool that generates these codes?

Got pretty handy with bots/commands, changing the hex address or whatever to keep them undetected, etc. y'know, simple stuff.
My most recent undertaking is using the change costume commands and what not. Other then trial and error, how can you find the corresponding IDs? Like,
"cc_change_costume_set 162;
cc_change_all_costume_color 255 255 255;
cc_change_costume_color 6 1 0;
cc_change_costume_color 6 2 0;
cc_change_costume_color 6 0 0;" is one of the raider's sets but I have no clue how to find those IDs. I'm more concerned about finding it for Inner armorsrs/makeup/facial hair/whatever.
tl;dr How do you find costume IDs?

Get VZipFlip, unpack hfs files, find the file with IDs.
