Comcast is very nice. The guy took 3 hours to setup the internet and phone up. (We already have tv with them) And he made it a point to hide the cable like a real service man is supposed to. I also like them because their modem doesn't have a NAT like Centurylink does, so I didn't have to turn it off. This is a major annoyance to me because it makes connecting to friends on Xbox much harder, and minecraft servers don't work.
Comcast was very polite and they are much cheaper.
If you can, switch to them.

alright i got a horror story from quest..ive had there internet for awhile
its been labeled as "high speed DSL" but..its 0.22mbs
plz tell me you have a solution for this.. because its lower than 93% of the world...that's counting places where the internet is more likely to go out because of a motor shot..
yes ive checked the quality of the line and ive gotten an A+
and its not specifically me whos getting this speed its everyone around me
personally having speeds that modern day dial-up laughs at should be illegal but ill leave it to you to explain if you think there's a problem with it because i would be orgasmic happy getting 3mbs
Is xfinity dsl as well?

I left former Qwest, because the maximum speeds they offered in Arizona was like 10 to 15mbps down, and 768Kbps up, nothing higher for uploading rates. What a joke. I am now spending over 20 dollars less for Comcast at rates of 45-50mbps down, and 8-12 mbps up.
